Travis Kelce‘s biggest highlight so far in the Super Bowl has been pushing head coach Andy Reid. The tight end has had a disappointing game and has been rendered ineffective owing to the effective defensive plan being executed perfectly by the San Francisco 49ers.
The tight end pushed Reid in frustration as he was yelling at him for not sending him in the game on a red zone play. AJ Brown, the wide receiver for the Philadelphia Eagles, took a jibe at him by responding to Kelce’s shove of Reid.

He then realized that he may have spoken a bit too soon because he deleted his original tweet and then thought he was slick by trying to fool his followers.

The wideout realized he risks getting fined himself for his comments hinting at biased treatment on part of the NFL. If not that, he risks getting Travis Kelce in deep trouble over that push. While he did have a point that if it were him the outcome and outrage would be significantly higher, the NFL wouldn’t want to penalize a player like Travis Kelce in the middle of the Super Bowl.
The matchup is great for the NFL because it’s the two best tight ends facing off against one another and if they pull Kelce out for the rest of the game; they risk letting Taylor Swift leave early. That would not be good for the ratings and viewership.
