Morgan is a big believer in trying new things, and she's glad that WWE is doing the same. "It's refreshing that we are shaking things up," Morgan said in an interview. "We're trying new things and it's working. The WWE Universe loves that we're adding more realism. The shots are very continuous now, where you can see the segments kind of roll right into one another with the same camera. I think that's really cool."

For Morgan, one of the best parts about being a wrestler is the amazing fans she's gotten to meet and see. "The WWE Universe is the heart and soul of what we do, they're the everything of what we do," she said in an interview. "For me, personally, I love it. I love meeting fans and see them as friends. It's special to get into the cities that we go to and meet the fans."

Morgan shared some of her wellness secrets with Muscle & Health. "My diet has actually been a huge work in progress," she admitted. "I love desserts, I love pasta. I love to indulge. I'd like to say I eat clean 90% of the time, with 10% indulgence lapses, but the real numbers are more like 70/30. It took me a while to fully understand that proper fuel makes for better athletic performance."

Morgan shared her fitness secrets with Muscle & Health. She says that consistency is very important to her. "I train 5-6 days a week in the gym," Morgan said. "Performing a mix of traditional powerlifting and plyometrics. I love to lift heavy, but always ensure my range of motion is still intact. I usually convert my workouts into circuits just to keep moving. I don't like to take long rest periods."

A big part of Morgan's training routine is practicing her wrestling moves. She revealed to Muscle & Health that she is able to do this at home. "I also have a wrestling ring in my home gym, so throwing some ring work in too has been a lot of fun. There's no cardio that can prepare you for 20 minutes in the ring, so to have the real thing in which I can simulate movements and run the ropes has been a game changer for me. It's added a true sense of joy to my training."
