Sean OMalley lays down roadmap to create history with three belts after UFC Noche fight

Sean O’Malley has outlined an ambitious plan to fight Max Holloway. The bantamweight champion is eyeing a potential move up to the featherweight division. He believes former UFC champion, Max Holloway is the toughest challenge across both bantamweight and featherweight classes. Here is what happened:

Sean O’Malley recently sat down for a conversation with Michael Bisping. During their discussion on the Believe You Me podcast, O’Malley discussed the upcoming showdown between Ilia Topuria and Max Holloway this October. Surprisingly, he also has an ambitious plan to beat Holloway to become a triple champion.

I think Max gets the job done...Max goes out there and wins, 45... BMF champ, I move up and beat Max, I'm the BMF, 35, 45.

O’Malley plans to first defend his 135 lbs title against Merab Dvalishvili. The fight is scheduled for this September on Mexican Independence Day at the ‘Sphere’ in Las Vegas. After a successful victory against Dvalishvili, he has aimed to challenge the winner of Holloway vs. Ilia Topuria for the featherweight title.

👀🤝Sean O'Malley predicts Max Holloway to beat Ilia Topuria and believes Max is his toughest matchup in the 135 and 145 divisions:

Although, Ilia Topuria wanted the BMF title on the line in his fight against Holloway, UFC CEO Dana White turned that down. So, the former champion is left with the BMF title regardless of the outcome against Topuria. If Max Holloway takes out the 15-0 champion at UFC 308, he would hold both titles making him an attractive opponent for O’Malley.

Sean O’Malley reveals the conversation he had with NFL legend Tom Brady

Sean O’Malley recently had a conversation with NFL legend, Tom Brady. This happened during the Netflix Roast of Tom Brady. O’Malley, who rarely gets starstruck, was deeply impressed when Brady recognized him and encouraged him to “keep doing his thing.”

The bantamweight champion recently did an interview with The Schmo on YouTube. During their discussion, O’Malley found it to be a “pretty cool” experience and described what it was like to speak to the NFL icon.

I introduced myself and he said he knew who I was and you know keep doing my thing. And s**t that was pretty cool….Tom Brady is a rare man amongst rare men so it’s cool to meet people like that.

O’Malley made his way into the live broadcast and so did Max Holloway. White introduced his two champions as “two of the baddest men on the planet.” While the two UFC icons did run into a couple of jokes at the roast themselves, overall they had a good time making their way into mainstream Hollywood.
