Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns are two of the biggest and most established stars of WWE. The two men have a great history with each other and nobody can forget about it. They have been one of the most loved superstars for years and could be going after each other again.
Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns debuted in WWE in 2012 as a part of an iconic group known as the Shield. They had wrecked the whole company and were very dominant. The group ended in 2019 after Dean Ambrose decided to quit WWE. After that, he pursued his career in AEW and the other two pursued singles career in WWE.
Well, this was not the only moment when the Shield members had parted ways. The iconic group broke twice and then reunited which made the WWE Universe fascinated. In 2014, Seth Rollins ended the Shield by delivering steel chairs shots on his Shield brothers. He aligned with the Authority just after this. WWE Universe considered it the end of the Shield.
But, in the next few years, the three reunited as a more dominant group. In 2018, the group was again disbanded after Dean Ambrose turned his back on Rollins when Reigns was out for his treatment of leukaemia. The team reunited, after the latter returned, for one last match because Ambrose decided to leave the company.
Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns have been one of the most enthusiastic and engaging rivals in WWE History. Former Shield brothers have had a lot of history against each other. They have participated against each other a lot of times. From multiple men matches to one on one matches, they have fascinated the WWE Universe. The first time the WWE Universe was able to see Seth Rollins vs Roman Reigns one-on-one was in 2015 when Reigns defeated Rollins on the September 15 episode of Monday Night Raw. On May 29, 2017, Reigns and Rollins again battled each other on Raw when the Big Dog again came out on top and got his second victory against the Architect. On February 19, 2018, Rollins battled Reigns one-on-one as a part of a gauntlet match which the Architect again won. On June 11, 2019, Reigns and Rollins fought each other to determine the first pick of the WWE Draft 2019 but the match was interrupted by former WWE superstar the Fiend who attacked Rollins and ended the match in disqualification.
